🔥 Instructions
1. Prep the drumsticks

Pat dry and sprinkle with salt + pepper.

This helps the skin crisp up.
2. Make the marinade
In a bowl, whisk together:
Pineapple juice • soy sauce • brown sugar • honey • garlic • ginger • lime • coconut milk • ketchup • paprika • chili • oil.
3. Marinate

Add drumsticks and coat well.
