2 lbs wings and drumsticks

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

Butter Baste

½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick), melted

3–4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp lemon juice OR 1 tsp lemon zest

1 tbsp parsley, chopped (optional)

Optional: 1–2 tsp hot sauce for a tiny kick
🔥 Instructions
1. Prep the oven
Preheat to 425°F (220°C).
Line a baking dish or sheet pan with foil or parchment.
2. Season the chicken
Pat chicken dry (super important for crisping).
Sprinkle evenly with:

Onion powder

Oregano
Toss to coat well.
3. Make the butter baste
In a bowl, mix:

Place chicken pieces on the baking sheet skin side up.
